YOUR INVITATION TO JOIN A CREATIVE LIVES ORAL HISTORY WORKSHOP

What?

Three creative writing and storytelling workshops for cultural/creative individuals, groups and organisations in Ashton on Mersey, Broadheath, Brooklands, Manor, Sale Central and Sale Moor. The workshops aim to draw out participants’ life experiences, their cultural stories and how they come to be in these places.

Why?

Your opportunity to be part of Trafford’s cultural story and its cultural and creative future.

When and where?

6th July The Chambers, Waterside Arts Centre, M33 7ZF  2.00pm- 4.00pm

7th July Coppice Library and Wellbeing Centre, Coppice Avenue, M33 4ND

5.00pm-7.00pm

8th July Sale West Community Centre, Newbury Avenue, M33 4QH 5.00pm-7.00pm

Who by?

Workshops will be facilitated by a Manchester based ‘Young Identity’ lead who will draw out stories through creative writing, spoken word and conversation.

PLACES ARE FREE. JUST COMPLETE AND RETURN THE ATTACHED BOOKING FORM NOT LATER THAN THE 29TH of JUNE 2026.
